The Penrose Chamber of Commerce is first and foremost governed by its constituting documents. Above all of its policies, plans, and preferences sit its Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws. These are the documents that instruct the Chamber and its leadership about which plot to seed and how to seed it.

Volunteers
The success of the Penrose Chamber of Commerce is largely dependent on the number of harvesters working in its fields. The various activities, events, services, and programs are only possible because people like you give of their time, talents, and treasures.
It would be an honor to have you work alongside us. If you are interested, please submit a Volunteer Form.
